Neepa was only five years old when she started to play the violin. As being the daughter of a Classical Indian singer it did not take long before Neepa studied the violin with a lot of attention and devotion. Thanks to the help of a scholarship she ended up at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels where she studied Baroque violin. At our stage she is accompanied by Fredrik Hildebrand to bring us the melancholic notes of François Francoeur, Sonate VI.

Neepa begon met haar vioolstudies toen ze slechts vijf jaar oud was. Als dochter van een Indiase klassieke zangeres duurde het niet lang vooraleer ze zich met heel veel toewijding toelegde op het instrument. Dankzij een studiebeurs belandde ze in 2007 aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium van Brussel, waar ze Barokke muziek en Historische instrumenten begon te studeren. Op ons podium bracht ze samen met Fredrik Hildebrand de melancholische noten van François Francoeur, Sonate VI.
